JCSM was originally appointed by Johnson and Johnson Pacific in 2010 as their exclusive national sales distributor for the Commercial Channel.
Since then, JCSM has expanded to partner with more market leading brands, to drive growth through multiple sales channels in Australia.
The development of our brand portfolio places us with expertise in a number of key categories – Healthcare, Baby & Kids, and Medicinal / OTC.
JCSM is managed by John Cortazzo. John’s sales experience spans 30 years. He has worked for iconic companies such as Coles Myer, Colgate Palmolive, Lion Nathan and Johnson and Johnson Pacific.
The team at JCSM has also grown, delivering new capabilities in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
John has over 30 years’ experience in business development, customer management, field activation, new channel optimization, export sales, and distributor partnerships.
Jason manages key customer and supplier relationships and is passionate about driving brand growth. He understands and maximises the critical elements of in-store execution, ensuring key account plans are driven to the shopper
Richard is an experienced commercial sales leader with extensive FMCG experience. His current main focus is the growth of JCSM’s new supplier and the overall health of the business. He develops strong, rewarding and lasting customer relationships and is passionate about growing the joint business.
Virginia is dedicated to building key customer relationships and driving outstanding sales outcomes. She has a strong understanding of a wide variety of product categories, and broad experience in working with fast moving consumer brands.
Angus identifies and develops strategic relationships with partners and potential customers. His current main focus area is the Petrol and Convenience channel with the JCSM business.
Elena has been involved with JCSM since 2009 overseeing all aspects of the company’s administration, sales support and finance departments.
Rochele has been with JCSM for over 4 years and came to us with over 8 years’ experience in export sales and dealing with international freight forwarders. She is responsible for supporting product pricing and promotional support as well as maintaining the data within our ERP system.
Yoselyn has over 15 years’ experience in supporting product development, international sales and events. She has been with JCSM for over 7 years and is responsible for sales support and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients in areas such as product development, order management and invoicing.
Grace comes to JCSM with over 10 years’ experience in client relationships, marketing and sales support. She brings excellent customer service skills to her role and is responsible for customer liaison, sales support, orders, coordination of deliveries and invoicing.
