What are the lead times to receive any stock I order?
As we deliver direct from the manufacturer/direct supplier the lead times for delivery are the fastest possible. These lead times are calculated from 11am EST on the day we receive your order and are working days.

Are there any freight costs?
This depends on the size of your order and delivery points. If your order meets the minimum order requirement then there is no charge.

We don’t have this facility but you can pay by credit card.

Can I order in part carton quantities?
We sell in full carton quantities only and so there is a minimum order multiple for each quantity.
Do the products come in SRP (shelf-ready packaging)?
A majority of our products are packaged in SRP.
What are your payment methods?
We offer Credit Card facilities, EFT and various credit terms upon receipt of a successful credit application.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes, but freight charges may apply.
Where do you warehouse your stock?
Our stock is delivered to you direct from the manufacturer/supplier. Our suppliers are situated in different parts of Australia.
